Q1 Does this work with HDMI TVs? A1 No. This model requires a DisplayPort-compatible display. For HDMI TVs, please use an active DP to HDMI cable (not included), since the DP port on the Dock doesn't support DP++ and won't work with a passive DP to HDMI adapter. Q2 Why no signal on my monitor? A2 1. Ensure your monitor supports DP 1.4. 2. Try a certified DP 1.4 cable within 6.6ft (sold separately). 3. If the device connected to the upstream port only supports DP1.2, it can only transmit 4K 30Hz video.
